Djeria-Zeppe Residence
A mixed-use building: shops at ground level, apartments above, capped by a broad pitched roof.
The glazed base houses the shops and stays transparent to the street. Above, the apartments are clad in stone and timber to mark a change of register.
The widely overhanging mono-pitch roof shelters the balconies and unifies the facade along the full length of the plot.
