Regular visits, checking the work against the drawings, resolving technical decisions, and signing off on completion.

Renders and visuals
3D views and mood boards, so decisions get made before anything is built — and so a project can be presented to a client or a jury.

Competitions and studies
Entries to public and private competitions, alone or within a group of architects.

Sketch
Two or three drawn options, so you choose a direction rather than a detail.

Design and permit
The drawings sharpen, the regulatory submission is assembled and filed.

On site
Supervision begins. The project gets checked on the ground, week after week.
